Protecting your privacy is our priority. This Statement of Privacy explains the personal data VIDIZMO.AI and VIDIZMO LLC (herein referred to as VIDIZMO) collects, how VIDIZMO processes it, and for what purposes. 

VIDIZMO offers a range of AI-powered products, including an enterprise video content management system, digital evidence management system, and redaction solution. References to VIDIZMO products in this statement include VIDIZMO software applications, website(s), and services.

VIDIZMO collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly to us, including personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name. Moreover, we collect billing and credit card information from you when you purchase VIDIZMO products.

VIDIZMO leverages the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in many of its products, including by incorporating: 

  • Computer vision capabilities, such as object detection and tracking, optical character recognition, activity recognition, facial attribute prediction, etc. 
  • Natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, such as automatic speech recognition (ASR), named-entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, chaptering and summarization, transcription and translation, etc. 
  • Generative AI capabilities, such as conversational AI development services. 

VIDIZMO’s deployment and use of AI is subject to VIDIZMO’s AI Ethics Policy, and VIDIZMO’s collection and use of personal data in developing and deploying AI features is consistent with commitments outlined in this Statement of Privacy.
